About the Role
We are seeking an experienced & entrepreneurial rockstar to join the founding team to help build our Sales and Account Management team from the ground up. You'll be on the frontlines following and boosting businesses' contribution to Traba while developing and testing new strategies around Sales and Account Management. We need a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.
This position is located in Miami. We believe working together side by side is key in the early 0-1 phase of a company, and we're excited to build the next big tech company in the heart of sunny Miami.
What you'll do
- Define and implement Traba's Sales and Account Management strategy. Responsible for including lead generation, Sales Operations, Sales and Onboarding of businesses
- Follow the day-to-day acquisition and roll-out of new customers
- Participate to prospects and client meetings
- Drive Gross Bookings growth!
What you'll need
- Strong leadership - you can set the tone for broader teams in the region; driving towards results while also being empathetic to their challenges - EQ is a must-have
- Must speak Spanish and have managed Spanish-speaking sales and/or account management teams in the past
- Grit, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away
- High interest in on-demand labor staffing space
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional project management skills
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
