About the Role
We are seeking an experienced & entrepreneurial rockstar to join the founding Strategy & Operations team to help build & run our two sided light industrial labor marketplace. You'll be a key member of our Operations founding team and a strategic partner to our CEO to support the growth and optimization of Traba’s marketplace. You’ll be responsible for translating business goals into city & geo inspiring strategies and plans.
As a key member of the Operations founding team you’ll be a cross functional influential partner to the many teams that are critical to the successful execution of your plan, including Sales, Account Management, Workers, Tech, Product, Businesses, Marketing and more.
This position is located in Miami. We believe working together side by side is key in the early 0-1 phase of a company, and we're excited to build the next big tech company in the heart of sunny Miami.
What you'll do
- Build strategic framework & process to guide decision making that allows us to optimize our marketplace by maximizing shift fill rate and achieving marketplace balance within our operating geo.
- Build tools and provide geo insights, analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights and recommend strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a pulse on the industry landscape at a city/geo level to constantly assess threats and opportunities, as well as document and communicate market intelligence.
- Program manage and work with cross-functional teams to execute high priority, needle-moving growth, and optimization initiatives.
- Engage with regional and cross-functional team members to surface and implement best practices. Actively maintain communications with a broad stakeholder base.

- Grit, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away
- High interest in on-demand labor staffing space
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
